Hi, I’m Emma—the founder of Tidy ND, The Kid Connection and ASD Book & Regulation Resources.

I’m a person first. A parent. A learner. And my journey didn’t start in a training room—it started in the trenches.

When my child’s needs didn’t fit the boxes the world had ready, I began a journey of late-night research, tough advocacy, and deep reflection—not just on my parenting, but on my lived experience. I’ve sat in NDIS meetings, navigated school systems, and held my child through meltdowns no one could explain.

And here’s the truth: even with a background in supporting neurodiverse children, nothing prepared me for raising my own neurodiverse kids. Until I realised I had the best understanding of all—my lived experience.

Through therapy, parenting programs, and years of trial, error, and growth, I learned that the “best advice” often misses the mark when you’re raising multiple one-of-a-kind kids. What works isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s connection, clarity, and strategies built on real insight.

That’s why I founded ASD Books & Regulation Resources (2021) and Tidy ND (formerly Navigate Neurodiversity) and The Kid Connection (2025)—to create a space where parents like you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I help parents of dynamic, neurodiverse families find calm, confidence, and connection—without burnout or blame.

Through the Kid Connection Course, coaching, and practical resources, I share trauma-informed, neuro-affirming strategies that work in real life—not just theory.

Because every family is unique. Every child is brilliant. And no parent should have to choose between supporting their kids and surviving the day.
